Welcome to Andrews Plaza Bank. These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of our services, including our escrow, money transfer, online banking, and related services (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not authorized to use the Services.
1. Escrow Services
Andrews Plaza Bank operates as a licensed escrow service provider. By using our Services, both senders and receivers agree that the platform is to be used for legitimate escrow purposes only. Any misuse of escrow functionality may result in suspension or termination of service.
2. Service Jurisdiction and Providers

Transactions within Switzerland, The Bahamas, and the U.S. are provided by Andrews Plaza Bank Financial Services, Inc. (NMLS: 1005422).

Transactions outside these regions are provided jointly by Andrews Plaza Bank Financial Services, Inc. and Andrews Plaza Bank International Services, LLC.

Services are facilitated via authorized Agents and are subject to applicable international and local laws.
3. Service Scope and Availability
Funds can be received through various methods including:

Bank accounts

Mobile wallets
-
Cash pickups
-
Debit or prepaid cards
Payout methods may vary depending on the destination country and may be subject to fees, regulatory compliance, and identification requirements.
4. Transaction Confirmation and Accuracy
Andrews Plaza Bank relies on the information provided by you to process transactions. It is your responsibility to review and verify all details before submission. Incorrect information may result in failed transfers or delays.
5. Administration Charge
Pending transactions canceled within 24 hours may incur a non-refundable administration charge of up to 0.05%, not exceeding $10,000 or the maximum permitted by law.
6. Special Terms for International Transfers
International transfers are subject to:

Additional documentation for business transactions exceeding 10,000 BSD
7. Dispute Resolution
All disputes are subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the National Arbitration and Mediation (NAM).
You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days by calling 1-800-385-1000.
If you do not opt out, you waive the right to trial or class action suits.
8. Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Andrews Plaza Bank is not liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages

Actions by third parties or Account Providers

Delays or errors due to unforeseen circumstances
9. Currency Exchange and International Transfers
Currency conversions are subject to rates set by Andrews Plaza Bank unless otherwise restricted by law. Andrews Plaza Bank may retain the difference between the exchange rate applied and the actual rate received.
10. Transactions to and from Accounts
When sending to or from an account:

Ensure all account information is accurate.

Fees may be imposed by Account Providers.

Inaccuracies may result in irreversible errors or rejected transfers.

12. Identity and Location Verification
You authorize Andrews Plaza Bank to verify your identity via mobile carrier data, including name, billing address, and location.
13. Website and App Use
A. Location Services
Your location may be used to determine service eligibility and compliance.
B. Intellectual Property
All content on the site is owned by Andrews Plaza Bank or third parties. Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution is prohibited.
C. Linked Sites
External links are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement. Andrews Plaza Bank is not responsible for content or practices of linked sites.
14. General Terms

This Agreement is governed by Geneva law.

Services are only available to users aged 18 or over.

Misuse, fraud, or violation of laws will result in termination of services and potential legal action.
